The Dross Engineering Tilting Rotary Furnace (TRF) melts all types of non-ferrous waste (aluminum, lead, zinc, copper, tin) in bulk, crushed, or chipped form, with optimized energy consumption, maximum yield, and record productivity.
Designed and manufactured in France for intensive use at temperatures from 600 to 1200°C, it also melts ingots and risers.
Our TRFs incorporate unique patents: VARIGAZ for heating, and ROTAX for rotation and gravity casting. Robust with a rotating shell, pivoting door, and specially designed refractory concrete, it’s the benchmark for sustainable recycling!
