Dust filter
Dross Engineering manufactures modular cartridge filters designed to capture dust emitted throughout the recycling process by rotary smelting furnaces and refining furnaces.
Our cartridge filters guarantee a maximum emission of 0.5 mg/m3 h, as required by current environmental standards in Europe.
Our filters consist of modular housing (from 4000 to 6000 Nm3 depending on the media type) with cartridge access covers and a dust collection hopper. They operate continuously and are equipped with a pneumatic cleaning system.
The dust collector filter consists of:
- 16-cartridge module housing
- Maintenance access platform
- Fan
- Spark arrestor
- Free air inlet safety damper
- Airlocks
- Unclogging device
- Air compressor with dryer
- Electrical panel with programmable logic controller
Capacity: 4000 to 72000 Nm3
